L'individu a envie aujourd’hui de contribuer à créer de la valeur avec ses idées et talents, en collaborant avec ceux qui sont animés par le même projet d’idéal, des valeurs en commun et la même quête de Sens.
Les conditions de la Réussite Partagée
Les Entreprises qui l’ont compris ont pu créer les conditions de cette Réussite Partagée en encourageant :
- La collaboration vers un même idéal, une Vision Partagée (le Pourquoi on le fait ?), qui donne l’envie (collective et individuelle) de réussir, de se dépasser, d’innover
- La mise en commun des Talents et des Idées grâce à un Management 3.0 collaboratif ou participatif, qui utilise l'intelligence collective
- La Liberté de s'auto-organiser et de choisir le Comment le faire (confiance accordée, disponibilité par rapport aux autres priorités)
De la même manière dans les changements, le salarié reste motivé et productif s’il peut s'en approprier le sens (Vision partagée), et être libre de mettre à disposition ses talents.

- Etape 3 : Créer la Liberté de réussir : accorder la Confiance à vos salariés, faites de ce projet de Réussite Partagée une priorité, dégager du temps pour des groupes de travail transverses, pour les initiatives innovantes...
- Ces 3 étapes ne sont pas forcément séquentielles, le contenu des actions qui les compose dépend de chaque Entreprise et peut-être déterminé à l'issue d'un Audit.
