Et la vid\u00e9o de la conf\u00e9rence :<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Conf\u00e9rence de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Laloux \u00e0 Paris 13\/01\/2016, Reinventing Organizations en fran\u00e7ais devant 900 personnes \u2013 partie 1\/4 : <\/em>&nbsp;<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wV83kJnYOmY\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9fac\u00e9 par Ken Wilber, <strong>salu\u00e9 par la critique<\/strong>, le livre \u00e9crit par Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Laloux en 2014 rencontre un <strong>succ\u00e8s spectaculaire \u00e0 travers le monde avec plus de 50 000 exemplaires vendus<\/strong> et participe \u00e0 l'<strong>\u00e9mergence<\/strong> d'un mouvement d'entreprises qui r\u00e9volutionnent leur mode de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>De plus en plus, nous ressentons que <strong>notre mani\u00e8re actuelle de g\u00e9rer des organisations touche \u00e0 ses limites.<\/strong> La plupart des dirigeants comme des employ\u00e9s sont frustr\u00e9s par la <strong>lenteur<\/strong>, la <strong>bureaucratie<\/strong>, les<strong> jeux de pouvoirs<\/strong>, les guerres internes qui finissent par <strong>\u00e9touffer la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la motivation au travail. <\/strong>A chaque fois, dans le pass\u00e9, quand l\u2019humanit\u00e9 a connu une <strong>grande transition historique<\/strong>, elle a invent\u00e9 un nouveau mod\u00e8le d\u2019organisation, radicalement plus puissant que les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et si le changement de conscience qui est en train de s\u2019amorcer nous invitait \u00e0 inventer, une fois encore, un nouveau type d\u2019organisation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de cette conf\u00e9rence, la pr\u00e9sence aux c\u00f4t\u00e9 de <strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Laloux<\/strong> d'un coach senior de dirigeants, <strong>Christophe Le Buhan<\/strong>, et d'un dirigeant, <strong>Michel SARRAT<\/strong>, a permis d'aller au-del\u00e0 des principes de ce nouveau type d'organisation et d'aborder en profondeur <strong>les difficult\u00e9s de la transformation pour le dirigeant<\/strong> avec&nbsp;l'aspect travail sur soi (voir un psy \u00e0 55 ans ! Dans ces entreprises, il a en effet \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moin de l'\u00e9mergence d'<strong>un nouveau paradigme de management<\/strong> : une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de concevoir la collaboration et des structurer les organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la conf\u00e9rence, <strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric d\u00e9crit les grands principes de fonctionnement <\/strong>du mod\u00e8le qui est en train d\u2019\u00e9merger.
