Right, and she knew it so she didn’t bother to try. She didn’t need to go full on goth to remove herself from the picture. Just dressing in dark colors can do that, but I’m sure she felt she couldn’t complete with her friend.

Yikes. This describes (described?) the dynamic between me and one of my friends *to the tee*. :-/

To be fair though, it’s hard to blame the guy for his initial feelings, but publishing his thoughts basically proves he is a ‘forever alone’.

You know, it’s really sort of surprising to me this “tell all” mentality that people have today–both David and Raisa are probably telling people way too much. There’s an article in the Daily Mail now by some woman who really hates being a mother and needs for the whole world to know about it. I don’t think that any of what people are feeling is new. It’s the desire to whine to the world that’s a bizarre thing.
