When I asked at reception they took the trouble to come to the room and show me how it worked. I had expected the hotel to be a bit too cool for it's own good, but the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, and we felt relaxed and at ease the whole time. Many travellers enjoy visiting Churchill War Rooms (4.1 km), Houses of Parliament (4.0 km), and Tower of London (1.7 km). I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing stay in hotel after busy day in London.
